Your New Role…

As a Digital Sales Manager within Warner Bros. Discovery's Commercial Department, you will operate as a true hunter - relentlessly focused on identifying, pursuing, and closing new digital businesses to accelerate revenue growth.

You will take full ownership of building a high-value pipeline by targeting untapped segments, opening new client relationships, and converting opportunities into long-term commercial partnerships. With a strong sales drive and sharp commercial instincts, you will actively challenge existing media investments and position our premium video offering as a must-have solution for performance-driven advertisers.

This role is defined by pace, ownership, and results - consistently generating new leads, winning business, and expanding our digital footprint in the market. You will play a critical role in driving incremental revenue and strengthening our position within the digital ecosystem.

Working side-by-side with the Key Account Management organization, you will expand market coverage and unlock new revenue streams, while enabling further growth within existing clients in close collaboration with KAMs.

This is a highly commercial, client-facing role for a true salesperson who thrives on prospecting, pitching, and closing deals. You are energized by meeting new clients, building relationships from scratch, and turning opportunities into tangible business.

To succeed, you bring a strong network within digital media agencies and advertisers, a proven ability to win new business, and a relentless drive to exceed targets. You combine independence with collaboration, a high activity level with clear focus, and a confident, engaging communication style that converts dialogue into revenue. The role reports to the Senior Commercial Director Ad sales.

Your Role Accountabilities…

  • Proactively identify, target, and win new advertisers and agency relationships
  • Build, manage, and convert a high-value sales pipeline within the digital ecosystem
  • Drive new business, reactivation, and incremental digital revenue growth
  • Challenge advertiser strategies and shift investment toward premium video and streaming
  • Pitch, negotiate, and close high-impact digital campaigns and partnerships
  • Collaborating with Key Account Managers to unlock growth within existing clients
  • Expand market coverage by targeting new segments and new categories
  • Represent Warner Bros. Discovery in the market with a strong, credible, and commercial presence

Skills & Qualifications…

  • Good knowledge of programmatic advertising and general ad tech ecosystems
  • Sales experience within the media industry, particularly in the B2B segment
  • Professional fluency in both Swedish and English
  • Solid understanding of the online video and digital media landscape
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate challenges into commercial opportunities
