We are looking for a motivated and organized Junior Ad Sales Planner to join our Commercial Planning team. This entry-level position plays a key support role in helping Sales Executives and the Commercial Planning Manager with the coordination and execution of advertising campaigns across TV, digital, streaming, and branded content platforms. It's a great opportunity to learn the foundations of media planning in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Your Role Accountabilities
Assist Sales Executives and the Planning Manager with gathering materials for media proposals (e.g., audience data, programming schedules, platform specs). Help create and format media plans using internal tools under the guidance of senior team members. Keep track of proposal templates, inventory grids, and media opportunities to ensure sales teams are informed.
Support the setup and internal booking of confirmed campaigns in collaboration with Operations and Traffic teams. Monitor campaign status with the help of senior planners and flag any scheduling or delivery issues. Keep internal trackers and documents updated to reflect campaign progress and key milestones.
Help compile post-campaign performance results by collecting data from various teams. Assist in building summary reports with clear visuals and basic insights for internal and client-facing use. Learn how to work with Research and Operations to ensure campaign metrics are accurate and well understood.
Serve as a point of contact for day-to-day coordination between Sales, Planning, Operations, and Creative teams. Help follow up on asset deliveries and ensure all campaign materials meet platform requirements. Participate in internal meetings and assist with recaps and action items.
Maintain shared folders, naming conventions, and up-to-date records of campaigns and proposal activity. Help prepare planning tools, calendars, and documents used by the sales team for client meetings.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or relevant internship/work experience). 0–2 years of experience in media, advertising, marketing, or sales support (TV, digital, or streaming preferred). Basic knowledge of Excel and interest in learning data and media tools. Strong organizational skills with an eagerness to learn and grow in a sales-driven environment. Fluent in English & Spanish or Portuguese is a plus. Team player with a proactive attitude and good communication skills.
