The Discovery Media Sales Account is responsible for developing business partnerships and sales activities with assigned agencies in the portfolio.
Develop and proactively manage key advertising agency business across Warner Bros. Discovery's linear brands and/or digital platforms.
Interpret success stories/case studies and be able to apply them to specific advertiser/partner opportunities on the fly.
Apply a broad range of creative problem-solving skills to business and client issues, combining strategic, technical and analytical excellence, and synthesizing conclusions into recommendations and/or proposals.
Goal oriented;
Deep relationships within the marketplace;
Creative approach able to meet clients' communication needs through a commercial proposition that combines the different platforms/media available;
Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
At least two years of commercial experience, preferably in the TV, radio or web world;
Excellent knowledge of Office package
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to sell value and not just price
Working knowledge and a deep interest for the entertainment industry, digital market trends, new media technologies, changing consumer behaviors and emerging content business models (branded entertainment, subscription, transactional and advertising-supported).
