Now Hiring: Auto Sales Consultant
Specialized Recruiting Group is partnering with a local auto dealership located in Olympia, WA, to fill an Auto Sales Consultant role. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take charge of their own earning potential. This position has uncapped commission on top of the base pay. This position is evaluation-to-hire, with a schedule that rotates days. You will be expected to work weekends. Compensation starts at $17.13/hr plus commissions. It is expected that you would make between $45K and $140K annually in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with potential customers
- Reach out to potential customers by phone
- Develop your own personal sales strategy
- Invest time into educating yourself on the different vehicles and packages available to customers

- A natural ability to talk with anyone and develop relationships
- A drive to succeed and continue to follow the process
- General interest in the auto industry and the desire to learn new things
- Pass a background check
- Valid driver's license
