Regional Sales Manager

The Regional Sales Manager will pursue new sales opportunities in Indiana, Southern Ohio, West Virginia, Virginia, and Kentucky, as well as manage and work with existing customers to achieve regional sales and profit growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop sales strategies to promote the growth of PAC's core product offerings and pursue other opportunities through distributor alliances.
• Work directly with key personnel both directly with the end-user, and through distribution.
• Work in tandem with customer service representative to provide customer with a cohesive PAC approach to service.
• Display or demonstrate products, using samples or catalog with emphasis on salable features of products.
• Maintain excellent communications with internal company departments and external customers.
• Prepares reports of business transactions and keeps accurate expense accounts. Submits expense reports in a timely manner.
• Attend trade shows and industry functions as appropriate to increase product knowledge and sales potential.
• Work with CRM tool to accurately track quotes and provide management with overview of territory status.
• Travel up to 40%.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years outside sales, packaging experience preferred (but not necessary)
• Proven successful sales record with stellar customer service
• College degree preferred
• Must be capable of speaking, reading, and writing English with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

Physical Demands:

• Able to sit for extended periods of time
• Able to travel domestically and internationally

• Employee will be working in an office environment in order to perform the essential functions
