Events And Sales Support Specialist

We are seeking an Events and Sales Support Specialist based out of our corporate office in Tacoma, WA. This will be a hybrid role, with the flexibility to work remotely while requiring occasional in-office presence for key meetings, events, and team collaboration. What's in it for you? Purpose… The Corporate Events & Sales Support Specialist partners closely with the Corporate Sales team to drive strategic initiatives, manage complex projects, and coordinate large- and small-scale impactful events. This role supports sales leadership by aligning team efforts with company objectives, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering collaboration across departments. Success in this role requires a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable professional who can manage multiple priorities, respond effectively to dynamic situations, and make sound decisions independently. A positive attitude, flexibility, and a sense of humor are essential to thriving in this fast-paced, high-impact environment.

What you'll be doing…

  • Act as a project specialist to plan and execute sales program projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
  • Strive for continuous improvement and offer ideas on how to improve processes while supporting business goals and client needs.
  • Plan event by managing and executing logistics for large- and small-scale conferences, quarterly and annual meetings, and team events.
  • Support sales leadership by providing administrative support including calendar management, travel coordination, and correspondence.
  • Provide sales research and data analysis as needed to support sales strategy and goal tracking.
  • Build and maintains trust and relationships across departments and with clients.
  • Communicate exceptionally well and act as a liaison with managers, associates, Burkhart clients, and others keeping everyone in the loop. Maintains the highest level of confidentiality with associate, client and company information.

What you'll need…

  • 5+ years of planning and executing large- and small-scale events for a sales organization from start to finish.
  • 3 years of prior experience in project coordination and/or management.

Salary Info: The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $105,000 based on experience.
