Inside Sales Representative

Looking for someone who is eager to learn and serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, billing, and product availability. Responsibilities include entering and tracking customer orders, ensuring timely updates and communication. Assist the bookkeeper with client-related billing tasks. Field client phone calls and collaborate with outside sales. Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate departments. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback. Support the outside sales team with administrative tasks and client follow-ups.

Essential skills include project coordination, customer service, account management, construction, sales support, order processing, proficiency in Microsoft Office, data entry, outbound calls, inside sales support, order entry, and written and verbal communication.

Additional skills and qualifications include exposure to the construction industry, strong work ethic, experience with QuickBooks, experience with Smartsheet, and a track record of hard work and willingness to learn.

The position is based in the Spokane Valley Office, operating from 8am to 5pm. The work environment is a blue-collar setting within a nice new building. The pay range for this position is $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
