TalentReach is looking for a full-cycle Account Executive who thrives in a high-growth SaaS environment and is excited to build something new. This role is hands-on, you'll manage the entire sales process from first touch through close, while also contributing to the development of repeatable sales motion as the business expands. This position comes with high visibility, direct access to company leadership, and a clear path to future growth as the team scales. Own the full sales cycle: outreach, discovery, demo, negotiations, and close. Sell into organizations that operate physical locations e.g., commercial property operators, facility/security leaders, operations directors, and related decision-makers. Lead ROI-focused conversations centered on productivity, risk reduction, and operational visibility. Maintain a strong and disciplined pipeline in the CRM with predictable forecast hygiene. Navigate multi-stakeholder deals across Security, IT, Finance, and Operations. Collaborate with sales leadership to iterate on messaging and playbooks as the company moves further upmarket.
What We're Looking For: 3+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS (quota-carrying, full cycle). Proven track record of achieving or exceeding quota. Strong organizational discipline with a structured approach to pipeline management. Experience selling to multiple stakeholders and running consultative/value-based sales processes. Strong communicator with executive presence and business acumen. Thrives in fast-moving, early-stage tech environments.
Bonus Experience (not required): Background selling SaaS platforms in security, facilities, physical operations, CRE, or property tech. Experience at a high-growth startup or a well-known enterprise SaaS company.
