JOB SUMMARY: The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for promoting and selling Coldspring's products and services within a specific geographic area. Their primary responsibilities include identifying potential customers, building & maintaining client relationships, understanding customer needs, and achieving sales targets. This role requires effective communication, sales skills, and a deep understanding of the products and services they represent to drive their regional sales growth.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  1. Achieving and developing the annual and long-range net order goals for the territory (in terms of net orders, pricing, travel/entertainment, marketing requirements, and utilization of time)
  2. Generating and qualifying leads and opportunities
  3. Leveraging marketing materials to generate additional opportunities for Coldspring
  4. Promoting and selling all products and services that Coldspring provides
  5. Presenting to industry and customer groups to position product and service offerings
  6. Introducing new products, penetrating new markets, and increasing business with current and new accounts
  7. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to develop both existing
