As the Sales and Market Planning Lead, this position supports Zoom's Workplace Business (Meetings, Spaces, AI, Docs, Whiteboard, etc). This leader will shape and execute the Workplace strategy and programs for Zoom's core products. As a leader, you will partner with sales, customer success and partner leadership to build GTM motions and achieve sales and retention goals. Responsibilities include:
Partnering with the Zoom Workplace Team to understand and deliver a unified Go-to-Market motion.
Navigating ambiguous situations to foresee challenges and opportunities.
Structuring and evaluating business problems, designing and implementing actionable recommendations, and driving cross-functional initiatives to the desired outcome.
Synthesizing information, structuring a concise, clear presentation of findings to executives, and prioritizing issues as appropriate.
Leveraging a data-driven approach to find areas of opportunity and improvement.
Developing a strong understanding of key product differentiators, sales methodologies, and processes.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address business challenges and opportunities.
Requirements include:
10+ years of work experience in a senior role leading strategy and sales programs.
Experience in UCaaS/CCaaS industry.
Self-starter with the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
A hands-on strategic leader willing to lead by doing.
Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to multi-task & prioritize.
Proven ability to drive transformational change, scale.
Salary Range or On Target Earnings: Minimum: $191,700.00 Maximum: $419,300.00 In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value. Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
