Sales Leader For Supply Chain Transformation

You Are:
- A growth-driven sales leader with a proven record of expanding business through end-to-end supply chain transformation.
- You have managed all phases of the sales cycle—from opportunity identification and qualification, through pursuit and close—leveraging deep expertise in supply chain processes and technology.
- You build trusted relationships with key decision-makers at new and existing clients, using a consultative approach and a differentiated roadmap that incorporates the latest digital and cloud-based supply chain solutions.
- As an SCL, you will join our Americas Sourcing & Procurement tech practice, focusing on selling services aligned with partners such as Blue Yonder, o9 Kinaxis, Manhattan, Anaplan, and others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supply Chain Process Transformation: Lead sales for solutions spanning indirect/direct spend, sourcing, contract management, procurement, inventory, logistics, invoice processing, and digital scanning.
- Integration & Risk Management: Sell and shape integration management, middleware, risk management, and supplier onboarding solutions.
- Analytics & Change Management: Drive adoption of spend analytics, supply chain visibility tools, and change management programs.
- Travel & Expense Management: Position solutions that optimize travel, expense, and related supply chain processes.
- Solution Development: Create tailored solutions for complex supply chain challenges, grounded in deep client understanding.
- Executive Engagement: Interact with senior client and Accenture leadership, develop pursuit strategies, messaging, and apply industry-leading supply chain transformation practices.
- Team Leadership: Operate within large teams, directing sales activities and collaborating across functions.
- Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 25% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 8+ years experience selling supply chain or procurement software/services.
- Minimum 8+ years' experience with sales pursuit management experience.
- Minimum 5+ years' experience with BY, o9 Kinaxis, Manhattan or Anaplan.
- Minimum 2+ years experience with direct sales with quota ($10M+ preferred).
- Minimum 2+ years recent experience selling supply chain/procurement services in major platforms.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (12 years work experience; Associate's requires 6 years).

In addition to base pay, this Sales role is eligible for additional incentive compensation under the Sales Achievement Bonus Plan which is based on achievement toward individual sales targets, subject to Plan terms.
