Hunter Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hunter Sales Executive to spearhead the expansion of our Radiology Informatics solutions. This role is pivotal in identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing strategic sales plans, and leading initiatives that drive revenue growth within the assigned geographic territory. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of radiology workflows and a relentless drive to exceed sales targets. Your role includes leading sales efforts as it pertains to Vue and Cloud offerings, and Health Suite Imaging (HSI) within the assigned territory. Sales strategies will be developed with Regional Install Base teams, New Business Hunters, Client Executives, and National Account Executives. Weekly travel is required, with a travel expectation of at least 60% and actively having customer meetings. Regular strategic development and training sessions with regional teams are also required. You will also need to provide a quarterly forecast rollup with weekly reporting and present a quarterly business plan.

You're the right fit if you have a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or equivalent. An Engineering Degree is a plus or 5+ years of deep technical expertise is required. Strong financial experience is preferred. You've acquired 10+ years of experience in Radiology Informatics with a minimum of 2 years' experience working in Cloud Solutions. Previous experience leading sales strategy, account planning, forecasting, training, and financial modeling is required with high clinical and technical aptitude. You love winning and are a fierce competitor that wants to exceed plan, with strong presentation and negotiation skills, a strong desire to hunt and drive new business, and a passion for educating and developing talent. Experienced in selling to CIO, CFO, and CEO level and building Enterprise Informatics strategy. You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.

Philips Transparency Details: Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $260,500 to $306,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance. Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement, and much more.
