Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing discrepancies and improve operational efficiency. Monitor and manage the billing lifecycle, from data collection and validation to artifact generation and customer delivery, meeting strict service-level-agreement (SLAs) and quality standards. Position Requirements: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field and three years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have three years of experience in the following skill(s): 1) in billing operations, revenue cycle management, or related experience; 2) with ERP systems and billing software; 3) with data analysis and reporting; 4) with SQL and database management; 5) working with revenue recognition principles; 6) managing billing operations and systems and resolving complex billing issues; 7) with compliance requirements and industry regulations; 8) developing and implementing billing procedures; 9) with process improvement and optimization; and 10) with accounts receivable management, and contract terms and pricing structures.
