What You'll Do

As a Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling waste and recycling services to commercial and government accounts. You'll manage existing relationships, identify new opportunities, and serve as the primary point of contact for your book of business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell waste, recycling, and medical waste removal services to commercial clients.
  • Identify and engage large accounts, including government contracts.
  • Prepare bids, conduct cold calls, and maintain weekly call reports.
  • Manage and retain existing accounts while identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Attend trade shows and business association events to build relationships.
  • Document contract expiration dates and customer feedback.

What You'll Bring

  • 1–2 years of outside B2B sales experience with a proven track record.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivation.
  • Excellent time and territory management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Willingness to work occasional hours outside of standard business times.
