The Sales Intern will play a key role in supporting the EastyWater brand's marketing and sales initiatives by creating compelling sales tools and content. This role is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about marketing, communications, and sales enablement. The intern will collaborate with subject matter experts to translate technical product information into engaging, easy-to-understand presentations and media assets that empower our sales representatives.
This position reports directly to the Director of Sales of EasyWater. It is a hybrid role based in Fort Worth, TX, with a work schedule split evenly between in-office and remote work (50% on-site, 50% work-from-home).
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, revision, and enhancement of PowerPoint presentations, product literature, and promotional videos.
- Create and edit content for use on the EastyWater rep portal, ensuring materials are aligned with brand standards and optimized for sales engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand product features and benefits and translate this knowledge into effective sales presentations and tools.
- Support the creation of digital assets including brochures, flyers, and short-form videos for product launches and campaigns.
- Maintain and organize a library of sales collateral and ensure timely updates to reflect product changes or new offerings.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas for improving sales communication and outreach strategies.
- Ensure all deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards, with a strong focus on clarity, consistency, and visual appeal.

Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with PowerPoint and video editing platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or iMovie.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Comfortable presenting in front of colleagues and customers.
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb product knowledge and communicate it effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Adobe Certification or equivalent design credentials.
- Prior experience supporting a Sales or Marketing team.
- Familiarity with industries such as construction, manufacturing, or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) engineering.

Working Conditions:
While performing the job duties, you will be working in an office environment. You will be required to work in the office at the Fort Worth, TX location three days per week (Monday – Wednesday) and can work remotely two days per week (Thursday and Friday). You may, at times, be required to be present on the manufacturing floor and will be required to wear the appropriate personal protective equipment.
