Your role at a glance: The key ways you'll bring value to the team

  • You'll be joining our sales leadership team in our Dublin HQ - building and leading a high-performing team of outbound BDR's.
  • Develop short and medium-term strategies that keep us ahead of our competition and continuously raising the bar.
  • Ensure that sales qualified leads are converting to opportunities and supporting sales pipeline growth.
  • Hire, train and coach your team to become experts in articulating our value proposition.
  • Motivate and support your team to exceed their monthly targets.
  • Act as a liaison between the BDR and AE unit to drive alignment between both teams.
  • Work closely alongside Enablement to onboard new joiners successfully as well as deliver new training initiatives for the wider BDR unit.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement across sales operations and partner with executive leadership on streamlining processes.

What makes you a great fit

  • You've got 1-3 years of proven experience leading outbound sales teams (the results speak for themselves).
  • You've consistently exceeded targets both as an individual contributor and as a manager.
  • You genuinely enjoy coaching and developing ramping reps and watching them hit their stride.
  • You've survived (and thrived!) in a fast-paced startup/scale-up environment.
  • People are your superpower: You have the emotional intelligence and ability to lead, genuinely motivate, and keep top talent engaged.
  • You're an analytical problem-solver who uses data, not guesswork, to make autonomous decisions.
  • Experience of Solution Selling and/or MEDDICC methodologies.

Global offices and working policy

Dublin, our buzzing HQ

Our headquarters operates a hybrid model. The number of in-office days depends on your team, but the majority of teams and our SLT are typically in 3-4 days per week, giving you valuable exposure to senior leadership.

London, one big family

Home to around 30 employees, our brand-new London office also runs on a hybrid model. You'll often find our CEO working alongside the team with regular visits.

Sydney, small but mighty

Our close-knit Sydney office has around 20 employees and follows a flexible hybrid model, fostering strong collaboration.

Charlotte, our new US hub

We've opened our doors in the heart of Uptown Charlotte, with a brand new space designed to foster in-person collaboration, while supporting hybrid flexibility.

Remote, across the US & Europe

The majority of our Tech org works remotely across the UK and Europe, coming together throughout the year for off-sites, company kick off and technical kick off. We also have a growing number of remote team members across the US.
