Sales Leader
We are a fast-growing design-build manufacturer focused on custom cabinetry and workflow solutions for healthcare environments. With a strong track record serving dental clinics, we provide end-to-end solutions—from design and manufacturing to installation—that optimize clinic efficiency, support sterilization compliance, and enhance day-to-day operations. As we expand into the U.S. market, particularly along the East Coast, our goal is to scale beyond dental into veterinary and broader medical sectors, bringing our expertise in clinic workflow and durable, high-quality cabinetry to new markets.
We are seeking an experienced, high-performing sales leader to drive brand growth and market penetration across dental, veterinary, and medical sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the dental industry or related healthcare distribution channels, with an established network of contacts and experience selling high-value products or services into clinics, distributors, or healthcare providers. This role requires someone capable of taking ownership of the East Coast market, building strategic relationships, managing distributors, and executing a plan that drives measurable revenue growth. The position offers significant autonomy, opportunities to shape market strategy, and the potential to scale a team to cover multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the dental, veterinary, and medical markets, focusing on revenue growth, market penetration, and brand recognition along the U.S. East Coast.
- Leverage existing relationships and industry knowledge to identify key decision-makers, uncover new opportunities, and accelerate sales cycles within dental practices, distributors, and healthcare providers.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with major distributors, ensuring alignment on product offerings, marketing support, and revenue goals, while actively identifying opportunities to expand into additional distribution channels.
- Drive market expansion into complementary sectors beyond dental, including veterinary and medical clinics, by educating prospects on the value of integrated, end-to-end cabinetry and workflow solutions.
- Forecast sales, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights on market trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities to leadership, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including design, manufacturing, and installation, to ensure client projects meet expectations, deadlines, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in the dental industry or a closely related healthcare/distribution sector, ideally with experience selling high-value products or services into clinics or distributor networks.
- Established network of contacts within dental practices, distributors, or healthcare providers, with a demonstrated ability to leverage relationships to drive business growth.
- Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, preferably with experience managing complex, high-ticket sales cycles.
- Knowledge of clinic workflows, healthcare compliance standards, or equipment procurement processes is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build credibility and trust across multiple levels of an organization.
- Self-starter mentality, capable of operating independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams to support client success.
- Willingness to travel along the East Coast as needed to support sales initiatives, distributor relationships, and client engagements.

- Base salary range: $100,000–$150,000 in Atlanta, with flexibility for exceptional candidates.
- Commission: 2–5%, uncapped, with the potential for total compensation up to $250,000 for top performers.
- Flexible geographic location along the East Coast, with consideration for multiple hires to cover New York and Southern regions.
- Remote work is possible, with travel to client sites, distributor locations, and trade shows as needed.
