We're looking for a Manager, EMEA Sales to lead and scale our regional sales efforts. As one of Webflow's first Sales Managers in the UK and an inaugural member of our London office, you will play a pivotal role in launching and expanding our presence in the UK, while helping to drive growth across the broader EMEA region. This is a unique opportunity to shape our go-to-market strategy from the ground up.
As a sales leader in our London office, you will help foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance culture. In this role, you'll be responsible for building and leading a high-performing sales team, driving new business and revenue growth, developing and refining sales strategies tailored to the EMEA market, and partnering closely with leadership to align cross-functional efforts across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
For sales roles, the ranges provided are the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") ranges, meaning that the ranges include both the sales commissions target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Webflow and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate's market location, job related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
