- The Account Executive will be responsible for creating an outbound strategy and building a book of business in the Outside Sales Team.
- The role involves initiating contact with potential merchants and understanding their needs to promote Square's products and services.
- The candidate will conduct prospecting, discovery, and demos, developing solutions that best meet the prospects' needs.
- Face-to-face sales interactions may be required to build strong relationships and increase win rates.
- The position requires delivering a predictable and scalable outbound sales process, including activities like cold calling and social selling.
- The Account Executive will oversee the sales cycle from prospect to close and partner with other teams to ensure successful onboarding.

- Experience in business development, particularly in hunting and cold calling, is essential for success in this role.
