- Lead a sales team in France to drive revenue growth and achieve team objectives
- Develop and implement sales strategies, including creating effective sales funnels and integrating best practices within the team
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, including Account Executives and Business Development Representatives
- Collaborate with the Head of Sales Europe to shape the commercial strategy for the French market
- Drive the execution of rigorous sales processes, manage KPIs effectively, and oversee pipeline management for Inside and Field Account Executives

- Experienced sales professional with a background in SaaS and Food Tech industries, exceeding sales targets and leading successful teams
- Skilled in coaching and developing Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to achieve their full potential
- Strong leadership qualities with a focus on building high-performing sales teams and driving growth
- Fluent in both English and French, with a track record of recruiting and scaling sales teams
- Ability to analyze and optimize performance metrics, drive strategic sales initiatives, and foster a culture of continuous improvement
