Junior Account Executive - Fluent Italian

WeLearn is a rapidly growing scaleup, founded by two former Google and Facebook Strategist and Project Manager. At WeLearn we partner with content creators and influencers and we support them in running their businesses. We are an extremely motivated, ambitious and passionate team. Identify new potential educational content creators fitting WeLearn's requirements and traits.

Build a pipeline of potential new creators across various industries and geographies.

Create a personalized outreach strategy leveraging various tools and instruments (email, phone, and social media - including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook).

Provide a world-class prospect and customer experience through every interaction and communication.

Keep meticulous records of interactions with leads in our database and provide new ideas and suggestions to optimize the funnel's process.

Identify and promptly inform our top leadership about new business niches, opportunities and ideas.

Work directly with our Co-Founder and support him in the crucial decision-making process.

+1 years of experience in sales

Bachelor Degree is required. A Master's Degree is a plus.

Full professional fluency in English and Italian

Ability to work full-time and on a flexible schedule, you manage independently your own time. The achievement of the goals is what matters.

Strong interpersonal skills (oral and written communication).

Positive, proactive approach and problem-solving attitude.

Location: Anywhere (Full Remote)

Working hours: Flexible but full time availability is required

Fixed compensation + Bonus structure

Contract: Consultant / Freelancer
