Collections & Sales Specialist
We're on the hunt for a driven Collections & Sales Specialist to engage with SME customers, rebuild relationships, and secure ongoing contract renewals - even when clients have had a less-than-perfect experience in the past.
This isn't just about collecting payments. It's about re-selling value, winning back trust, and ensuring long-term partnerships in the renewable energy space.
What You'll Be Doing
- Introducing our client's business as the new operator across 80+ clients.
- Re-engaging customers and clearly communicating the value of their PPA or ESA agreements.
- Turning around negative experiences and resetting relationships with a fresh start.
- Negotiating payment solutions (full, partial, or structured plans) while maintaining contract continuity.
- Using CRM tools to track progress and keep cases on target for quick resolution.
What We're Looking For
- Proven sales experience with SME clients (bonus if you've worked in energy or solar).
- Strong communicator with the confidence to win over clients in tough situations.
- Experience in collections is a bonus - with the ability to negotiate smart payment outcomes.
- Commercially minded, resilient, and skilled at balancing recovery with relationship building.
