This role is designed as a development opportunity within the centralized sales team. As an Associate Representative, you will build core sales skills by engaging with existing customers—primarily by phone and email—to support revenue growth. You will learn to identify customer needs, up-sell and cross-sell products and services, and deliver a positive buying experience that creates long-term value.
You will work closely with Outside Sales to support customer accounts, reinforce sales strategies, and ensure shared goals are met. This role provides hands-on experience, coaching, and exposure to the full sales cycle, preparing you for future advancement within the sales organization.

Compensation Details $21.63 - $27.04 Per Hour
This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements. For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents.
