We are looking for a Business Development Representative to achieve individual quotas for generating opportunities. This professional must be able to measure and monitor their activities and results. The ideal candidate will meet and exceed quota, being responsible for providing qualified leads to WGSN account executives.

This role supports the North America division and requires proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

  • Assuming responsibility for meeting the pipeline requirements for the served region
  • Demonstrating a set of demand generation activities to meet the defined regional pipeline generation goals
  • Anticipating problems through reporting and data analysis, managing the Sales Force lead queue
  • Promoting the best use of demand generation tools within sales teams and sharing standard processes. Example: Sales Loft, Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, Sales Force.
  • Updating the Sales Loft cadences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Advertising, or equivalent sales experience
  • 2+ years of experience as a BDR or equivalent
  • Previous experience in the SaaS or tech sector
  • Fluent English
  • History of meeting and/or exceeding goals through process management to identify, qualify, and close new business, as well as, among others, expanding the existing customer base.
  • Previous experience in the development and maintenance of business plans, sales, and vertical market, as well as in the negotiation and closure of complex deals.
  • History of training, training, and coaching fast-growing teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including excellent reporting capacity (CRM)
  • Motivated, enthusiastic, and hardworking nature
  • Ability to form solid business relationships
