About The Role…

We are seeking a structured and execution-oriented Sales Enablement Specialist to support the delivery of enablement programs and activities. This role ensures seamless coordination between the Sales Enablement and Marketing teams, helping to maintain operational efficiency across training sessions, content, communications, and events.

You will report directly to the Head of Sales Enablement and play a key role in driving cross-functional enablement activities forward.

What You Will Do…

Content & Communication

  • Support the preparation of presentation decks and document formatting.
  • Oversee the translation of training and sales materials.
  • Keep internal enablement materials organized and current.
  • Post weekly updates in LinkedIn groups and manage related communication channels.

Enablement Logistics

  • Coordinate internal and partner-facing training sessions and communications
  • Manage calendars, invitations, registrations, and follow-up.
  • Track documentation such as partner folders, contracts, and attendance.
  • Coordinate updates with the CRM-Team for deal-related enablement tasks.

Marketing Collaboration

  • Work with the Marketing team to create or update brochures, videos, testimonials, and case studies.
  • Follow up on deadlines and task ownership to ensure execution.

Event Support

  • In close collaboration with Marketing, coordinate enablement-related event logistics:
  • Venue booking, materials printing, attendance lists, reservations, and travel.

What You Will Bring…

  • Strong organization and task management skills.
  • Attention to detail and consistency in execution.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, PowerPoint, and LinkedIn.
  • CRM knowledge (Salesforce would be a plus)
  • Proficient English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently while aligning with multiple teams.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site events when needed.

Compensation – This role offers a salary of €40,000, which includes a 20% commission. All compensation is gross.
