About The Role:

We are seeking a high-impact Head of Sales to architect and execute our go-to-market strategy and commercial engine. You will engage deeply with ship owners to understand their compliance challenges, operational realities, and long-term ambitions. By tailoring solutions that deliver measurable impact, you will guide customers from pilot projects to full fleet adoption, earning their trust and positioning Revelle as the preferred partner in maritime decarbonization.

Over time, you will recruit and lead a world-class sales team, drive significant revenue growth, and position Revelle as the category leader in maritime emission monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver revenue growth targets across strategic accounts, driving adoption from pilot vessels to full fleets.
  • Build and lead a high-performance sales organization, setting clear goals, coaching talent, and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Architect and continuously refine GTM strategy, pricing models, and scalable sales playbooks informed by market insights and performance data.
  • Engage directly with senior stakeholders to close high-value deals, expand relationships, and position Revelle as a trusted partner in maritime decarbonization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Delivery, and Strategy teams to ensure alignment with customer needs and accelerate value creation.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to shape product roadmap and commercial strategy.
  • Represent Revelle as a thought leader at industry events and forums, influencing standards and strengthening brand presence.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in maritime, industrial technology, or sustainability sectors.
  • Proven track record of delivering significant revenue growth, closing multi-million deals, and expanding strategic accounts globally.
  • Experience launching new solutions and scaling commercial teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with execution excellence and a bias for action.
  • Skilled in complex negotiations, deal structuring, and stakeholder management across technical, commercial, and regulatory domains.
  • Data-driven approach to forecasting, pipeline management, and performance optimization.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills; ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Fluent in English
