Collaborate with business stakeholders to evaluate requirements, explore options, and define specifications to a level that allows developers to size and code them.
Analyze issues and provide direction/specifications for handling bugs.
Track data-related requirements/issues back to source systems and assess the impact of changes on processes.
Assist with testing delivered solutions, documenting issues within DevOps.
Occasionally handle support issues directly with business users of the systems involved.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
Develop process flows, system specifications, and conversion strategies.
Participate in solution design and provide input on best practices.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for end-users and technical teams.
Mandatory Skills
Minimum 5+ years as a Business Analyst.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in Agile methodology and writing user stories.
Proficiency in documenting requirements and creating functional specifications.
Preferred Skills
Experience with CRM platforms (Dynamics 365 preferred; Salesforce or Workday acceptable).
Understanding of financial services, insurance, or consulting domains.
Familiarity with Sales and Marketing processes in global organizations.
