Corporate Risk & Broking ("CRB") Southeast Asia is seeking a senior sales leader to lead and deliver the regional sales agenda across Southeast Asia. The Head of Sales, Southeast Asia is accountable for driving sustainable revenue growth through a disciplined, client-centric and performance-led sales approach.
This role owns the overall sales budget for Southeast Asia, leads regional sales strategy and execution, and builds a high-performing sales culture across the region. The role will personally lead a dynamic pipeline of new business opportunities, while also setting the frameworks, tools and governance required to consistently deliver best-in-class sales outcomes across all markets. Key responsibilities include:
Lead the regional sales function including performance management and reporting to regional leadership.
Drive adoption of best practice sales frameworks, CRM usage and pricing governance.
Establish clear metrics and management routines to track pipeline and revenue delivery.
Drive best-in-class proposals ensuring quality and differentiation.
Oversee development of sales collateral and toolkits.
Ensure consistent articulation of WTW's value proposition across markets.
Embed a Kaizen approach to uplift sales processes and operational frameworks.
Identify opportunities to simplify and standardise sales execution.
Leverage data and analytics to continuously improve sales outcomes.
Build, lead and develop a high-performing regional sales community.
Coach and mentor sales leaders and high-potential colleagues.
Foster a collaborative, inclusive and performance-driven culture.
Proven senior sales leadership experience within insurance, broking or professional services.
Track record of delivering revenue growth through disciplined sales leadership.
Strong executive presence and stakeholder management capability.
Experience leading complex, multi-country sales opportunities and RFPs.
Strong people leadership, coaching and talent development capability.
Willingness to travel across Southeast Asia as required.
