Client's Industry: Media and Technology
Client Location: North America w leadership in UK
Assistant Schedule: 1:00 - 10:00 PST
Hiring Goal: To enhance team efficiency and manage lead follow-ups effectively before the end of the year.
Key Specific Tasks VA will do:
- Qualify inbound leads and set appointments.
- Lead research and contact sourcing - Training will be provided
- Personalized outreach via email, phone, and ABM lists
- Target-based lead list building
- Calendar scheduling & CRM updates (HubSpot)
- Coordination with client's internal ABM and sales teams
Software Tools and Websites Required:
- HubSpot
- Project management tool (specific tool not mentioned)
VA English Communications:
- Reading/Comprehension: High Quick Justification: The client requires proficiency to understand and engage with marketing materials and leads.
- Written: High Quality Quick Justification: The client needs clear communication for email follow-ups and documentation.
- Speak: Neutral Accent Preferred Quick Justification: The client values a neutral accent for effective communication with diverse clients.
Technical Requirements:
- USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
- Working Webcam
- Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
- Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
- Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Salary Range: PHP45,000 - 50,000 bimonthly
