Sales Development Representative (SDR)
What You'll Be Doing
Partner closely with Account Executives (AEs) to move deals efficiently through the sales cycle — confirming meetings, following up on action items, and ensuring seamless, high-quality handoffs.
Perform mid-funnel follow-ups after demos to keep engagement high — check in with prospects, answer questions, and maintain deal momentum.
Rebook missed demos by reaching out to no-show prospects and getting them back on the calendar.
Follow up with inbound leads from our website or marketing campaigns — convert curiosity into meaningful conversations.
Revive past opportunities by reconnecting with old CRM leads and sparking new discussions.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions for every qualified lead.
Maintain CRM hygiene by keeping all records, activities, and notes accurate and up to date — helping the team stay aligned and focused.
What We're Looking For
Proven sales experience – At least 1 year in sales, customer engagement, or lead generation.
CRM proficiency – Hands-on experience with Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Self-starters & problem solvers – You take initiative, think critically, and get things done.

Compensation and Incentives
Salary range: PHP 35k to PHP 45k
Bonus range: 20k to 100k (earned through exceeding at the job and hitting your goals)
