About the Role At Verkada, we’re redefining physical security with cutting-edge cloud-based solutions-and our success depends on the strength of our partners. That’s where you come in. As a Channel Sales Manager, you’ll be at the center of Verkada’s growth strategy, building and empowering a network of high-performing reseller partners across Illinois and Wisconsin. This is a high-impact role where you’ll own both strategy and execution-developing pipeline, driving new business, and enabling partners to win big with Verkada.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Growth: Build net new pipeline with end-users by working hand-in-hand with top reseller partners and field sales teams.
  • Execute Strategy: Design and deliver a regional channel plan that aligns with Verkada’s ambitious sales goals.
  • Empower Partners: Train and enable partner executives, sellers, and technical teams on Verkada’s full portfolio so they can confidently champion our solutions.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with sales, marketing, and pre-sales to run impactful events, campaigns, and customer programs.
  • Lead with Insight: Run quarterly business reviews, track performance, and celebrate wins with your partners.
  • Strengthen Relationships: Build trust and influence across partner organizations, ensuring Verkada is top-of-mind in key deals.
  • Boost Brand Awareness: Represent Verkada at local events and initiatives, building strong connections across the channel community.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience: 4+ years in channel sales or partner management, with a record of driving new business through IT VARs or security integrators (President’s Club recognition a plus).
  • Strategic & Creative Mindset: Able to think big picture while executing partner-focused programs.
  • Relationship Builder: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
