About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Fabrication Sales Representative to grow our fabrication business by building strong relationships and uncovering new opportunities. This remote role offers the flexibility of a home office with frequent travel to meet clients, attend industry events and visit job sites.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

What You'll Do

Reporting to the Sales Division Manager, your role will include:

• Develop and maintain relationships with industrial, commercial, and OEM clients
• Prospect new business through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Collaborate with internal teams on estimating, project execution, and contract management
• Attend trade shows and customer meetings throughout the region
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and stay ahead of industry trends

Qualifications

What You Bring

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience (HVAC, fabrication, or production industry preferred) • Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes (preferred, but not required) • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools • High school diploma or GED required

Work Environment & Travel

• Remote position with reliable internet and a professional home office setup • Frequent travel (50%-70%) across Wisconsin and neighboring states (MN, IL, IA, MI) • Occasional overnight travel required • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation needed
