Purpose and Summary Statement:
Generates profitable sales in the assigned territory through target marketing, competitive analysis, and providing value-added feed products, services, and recommendations.

Follows GROWMARK\'s Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply. Performs all other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Normally requires a college degree in agriculture, marketing, or other business related discipline, or the equivalent thereof, and at least 2 years of sales/marketing experience to demonstrate the ability to generate profitable sales in the assigned territory. Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development. Normally requires an Enterprise Specialist certification or the ability to obtain/maintain one to demonstrate advanced feed sales training and experience. Must have and maintain a valid driver\'s license.
