Inside Sales Representative

Manage inbound inquiries and proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through research and prospecting. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, proposals, and product information. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction. Track and report sales activities and performance metrics using CRM tools. Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitor offerings.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience: 1–3 years in inside sales, customer service, or related role. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

This is a contract to hire position based out of Madison, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
