Sales Agronomist Opportunity
We\'re partnering with a well-established agricultural company seeking a knowledgeable and relationship-driven Sales Agronomist to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about agronomy and helping growers improve yield, efficiency, and profitability through science-based solutions.
What You\'ll Do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local growers and agricultural customers
- Provide agronomic recommendations on seed, fertilizer, crop protection, and nutrient management
- Develop customized crop plans based on soil, weather, and yield data
- Promote and sell agricultural products and services that support grower success
- Monitor crop performance and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement
- Stay current on industry trends, product advancements, and precision ag technologies
Other Experience and Qualifications:
What We\'re Looking For:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in agronomy, crop consulting, or ag sales preferred
- Strong agronomic knowledge and a genuine interest in helping farmers succeed
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage a sales territory independently
