Sales Operations And Analytics Team Member

This highly analytical and data-driven individual, as part of the Sales Operations and Analytics Team, will be responsible for compiling and analyzing sales data across multiple channels, developing insightful reports and forecasts, and supporting strategic decision-making across the business. This role plays a key part in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive sales growth and performance.

Scope of Position: This position is responsible for supervision of N/A. This position reports to the Vice President Sales, Bradley. This role is hybrid and is based in Menomonee Falls, WI.

The Job:

Compile, analyze, and interpret sales data across various channels (e.g., direct, retail, e-commerce). Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker). Partner with sales representatives and leadership to understand business needs and deliver relevant insights. Support sales forecasting and performance tracking against targets. Identify trends, opportunities, and risks through data analysis. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Marketing, and Operations. Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by the Sales Operations Manager or Company management. Responsibility tied to Watts Value: Continuous Improvement - proactively seeks ways to improve reporting processes, tools, and sales data accuracy. Travel Requirements: Minimal (<10%), primarily for meetings or training sessions as needed.
