Why You Will Love This Job: The Sale’s Coordinator is responsible for processing all Residential Generator orders in SAP, including entering, managing, and analyzing data to ensure order accuracy through order fulfillment. Prioritize multiple tasks to respond to phone calls, emails, and order processing within the established SLAs. Provide professional, reliable, and efficient support to both internal and external partners throughout the order flow cycle. This is a remote position, open to candidates across the US in CST time zone. Specific Responsibilities: Quickly and accurately process incoming orders in SAP. Ensure orders have the correct prices, discounts, current products, and customer specific delivery requirements. Resolve invoice issues such as credit requests and customer deductions promptly. Respond to and action order changes, expedites and order status requests as requested by dealers/retailers. Work with internal partners (Sales, Credit, Pricing, Logistics) to investigate and action any roadblocks to ensure orders flow through from entry to shipment without delay. Assist with Order Testing requirements for any changes to current order processing flow. May receive assignments as a member of the Sales Admin team for specific projects. Handle all customer emails and phone calls for an assigned territory in a timely and professional manner. Maximize shipments dropped to the delivery pool for processing. Access/update order information within customer portals. Reports to Manager - Customer Service Operations Frequent contact with all levels of personnel in Residential Generator Sales. Frequent contact with Corporate Credit Department personnel. Frequent contact with Residential Service and Warranty Department personnel. Daily contact with channel partner personnel. Requirements: An associate degree or bachelor’s degree preferred OR 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role Proficient in Microsoft Office products, MS Mail, Excel, Word, and Access.
