Sales Strategist

Indeed is seeking a Sales Strategist to join our Operational Excellence team, supporting small businesses. This role is pivotal in streamlining workflows and processes, focusing on improving self-serve capabilities and supporting our Sales and Client Success teams through process optimization. The Strategist will partner closely with Sales, Client Success, and Operational Excellence to define, prioritize, and execute strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, improve customer satisfaction, and foster business growth. You will analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement, manage cross-functional projects, and contribute to building scalable processes that align with business goals. This role requires a focus on collaboration and delivering results that elevate the customer experience while enabling teams to work more effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prioritize, and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency and scalability across key functions.
  • Use data to derive strategic insights and present actionable recommendations that influence business direction and decision-making.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, optimize operations, and enhance the customer experience.
  • Develop and execute roadmaps, reporting, and communication strategies to align business partners and support business priorities.
  • Manage projects from ideation to execution, ensuring they meet business goals, are delivered on time, and create measurable impact.
  • Foster innovation and continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to refine processes and enhance business outcomes.
  • Provide regular updates on program performance and key metrics, ensuring transparency and alignment with leadership to drive progress.

Skills/Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or a related role.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle diverse business challenges.
  • Results-oriented with solid attention to detail and excellent commercial/business insight.
  • Proven data analysis skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Google Sheets.
  • Experience in project management, driving initiatives from ideation to execution.
  • Ability to influence business partners and collaborate effectively across teams.

  • Austin - 73,000 - 107,000 per year
  • Scottsdale - 70,000 - 101,000 per year

  • San Francisco Bay Area - 99,000 - 144,000 per year
  • NYC Metro Area - 86,000 - 124,000
  • Salary Range Disclaimer: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position in the given work location.
