Your Main Tasks

  • Gastronomie-Partner-Akquise: You identify and convince the best restaurants in all of Germany of a partnership with Wolt.
  • End-to-End Sales Ownership: You are responsible for the entire sales cycle – from cold calling over follow-ups to contract conclusion.
  • Hybrid Sales Execution: In addition to your inside sales activities, you take on targeted projects in the field – e.g. for city launches or projects – and conduct negotiations and closings on site.
  • Market Development: You actively support the establishment of new cities as well as the development of existing markets through targeted partner acquisition and strategic initiatives.
  • Pipeline Management: You manage your sales pipeline independently in the CRM and ensure a high conversion rate and reliable forecasts.
  • Exclusivity & High-Value Deals: You conduct complex negotiations with top partners and drive strategically important deals to completion.
  • Cross-Functional Cooperation: You work closely with local field sales teams, onboarding and expansion teams to ensure successful market launches.

Required Skills & Experiences

  • Sales Experience: Demonstrable successes in outbound/cold calling sales, ideally with consistent exceeding of KPIs and benchmarks
  • Sales Mindset: Strong closing focus, high goal orientation and pronounced resilience in dealing with rejection
  • Communication Strength: Convincing communication and negotiation skills as well as the ability to quickly build trust with restaurant partners
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the food delivery, hospitality or gastronomy sector is a big plus
  • Strategic & Operational Strength: Combination of strategic thinking and high implementation strength ("hands-on")
  • Expansion & Market Management: Experience in building and developing markets is advantageous
  • Mobility: High willingness to travel within Germany as well as driver's license class B
  • Languages: Fluent German skills (C1/C2) and very good English skills
  • Working Style: Structured, self-reliant working style with high ownership
