- Responsible for driving partnerships efforts for Merchant ads, W+ subscription, and promotions business through direct sales and strategic merchant partnerships - Develop and implement sales processes and procedures to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness - Negotiate and close advertising investment deals focusing on revenue growth, product adoption, and customer engagement - Analyze sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to leadership on sales ROI and key trends - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Central Ads team, marketing, and local commercial team to ensure sales targets are met

⚡ Requirements

- Experience in ad sales with a proven track record of delivering results and converting partners into advertising clients - Ability to develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth for restaurant and retail merchant ads business - Strong relationship-building skills with key industry players such as local restaurants, retailers, and brands - Motivational leadership skills to drive a high-performing account management team to exceed revenue targets and customer acquisition goals - Collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams and ensure sales objectives are met
