- Responsible for establishing and growing a partnership portfolio in Lithuania, focusing on supermarkets, restaurants, and retail stores
- Develop and manage a pipeline of potential partnerships, structuring and conducting negotiations for impactful deals
- Continuously optimize and enhance the product offering to attract both partners and users
- Monitor and analyze relevant operational and sales KPIs to drive business growth and make informed decisions
- Collaborate with the local team and Finnish HQ to drive the company's partnership offering in the market
