As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Sales Operations Manager to help drive excellence, structure, and scalability within our SMB sales organisation in Norway.
As Sales Operations Manager, you'll play a central role in improving how our SMB Sales team operates, scales, and delivers impact. You'll report to Cecilie Moseng, Head of Restaurants, and collaborate tightly with the sales team and multiple local and global stakeholders to ensure we meet our strategic objectives in the Norwegian market.
This role combines project management, analytics, process development, and stakeholder collaboration. You'll lead key initiatives across launches and expansions, provide decision support to sales leadership, and ensure we have strong tools, data, and processes to support best-in-class sales execution.
