Wolt is an online platform providing technology for consumers, traders, and couriers in Helsinki. It connects people who want to order food and other products with those who want to sell and deliver them. To provide this service, Wolt develops a wide range of technologies from local logistics to retail software and financial solutions, and also offers its own grocery stores under the Wolt Market brand. Wolt's products include Wolt+ (a subscription service for customers), Wolt for Work (office deliveries and discounted meal offers for companies), Wolt for Work (fast delivery of goods from the nearest distribution center to homes or businesses for traders), and Wolt Self-Delivery (a service for traders with their own delivery partners). Job Description

Wolt Market is a supermarket part of the Wolt platform offering high levels of convenience and customer experience. You can now order groceries to your door at lightning speed! Our Sales Representatives are the heart of our Wolt Market stores in Baku. You will be responsible for packaging all orders and ensuring they are ready to be picked up by our Courier Partners or customers. Note that this position is full-time, with a weekly commitment of 40 hours. As part of the fun team bringing new life to our shopping process, you'll be proud of the results of your work. As a company, we do ordinary things in an extraordinary way!

Your tasks will include:

Accepting orders in our "Merchant" app;
Collecting, packaging, and delivering groceries to customers and couriers;
Managing our internal systems with accurate information about food items and allergens;
Maintaining the orderliness and cleanliness of the store;
Participating in the development of our store's daily operations.

You are quick to learn and can handle multiple tasks at once;
You are entrepreneurial and customer-oriented;
You approach tasks with a "can-do" attitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment;
You have the ability to work with technology;
You can work during the day, evenings, and weekends;
Store experience is preferred;
Fluency in Azerbaijani is required, English is preferred;
You must have the right to work in Azerbaijan.
