Are you ready to take the helm in shaping our sales recruitment strategy? As the project lead for our hiring teams, you will craft and execute a robust hiring roadmap. You'll streamline processes and train interviewers, ensuring our team is equipped for success.
Be the Go-To Expert: Leverage your experience and deep Nordic market insights to provide invaluable guidance to our hiring managers. You will advise on talent availability, competitor activity, compensation trends and how to attract talent in markets where networks are often insular and mobility is limited.
Pipeline Building: Champion a sourcing-first approach to build evergreen pipelines across the Nordic region, using both traditional and non-traditional channels. You will proactively map talent, nurture passive candidates and engage with the market long before roles open.
Think Big and Bold: Sales talent is tough to attract, but with your expertise in employer branding, online and offline marketing, and understanding of local candidate behaviour, you'll design and execute campaigns that captivate top Nordic talent.
Data-Driven Decision Maker: Utilise talent acquisition tools and reporting to optimise our recruiting funnel, increase pass-through ratios, eliminate bottlenecks, and enhance KPIs such as monthly fill rate, time to hire, and cost per hire. You will also create clear, stakeholder-ready hiring progress reports that highlight status, risks and recommended actions.
Innovate and Excel: Constantly seek out new and innovative methods to attract the best talent in competitive Nordic markets. Your dedication to recruiting best practices will set us apart in the landscape.
Collaborate and Conquer: Work closely with your sub-team and the broader TA team, sharing ideas, successes, and solutions to overcome hiring challenges. Together, we'll build a strong and dynamic recruitment process.
