Account Executive

We are looking for an engaged and results-oriented Account Executive to join the team at Wolters Kluwer. As part of our growth strategy, we are building a new sales team in Germany focused on Legisway Meeting, one of our most successful legal software solutions in France. Our goal is to replicate this success in the German market by acquiring new customers, establishing our product, and positioning Legisway Meeting as the leading solution for lawyers and corporate legal departments.

Responsibilities

  1. Utilize various channels such as cold calling, networking, social media, and industry events to identify and acquire potential customers in the legal sector
  2. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
  3. Develop a strategic sales plan to target law firms, legal departments, and other key players in the legal field
  4. Monitor trends in legal technology to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  5. Conduct effective sales conversations and product demonstrations
  6. Establish and nurture long-term customer relationships
  7. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process and successful delivery of our services to legal customers
  8. Negotiate contracts and close deals in accordance with existing guidelines and directives

Languages: German, English; French skills are advantageous

Location: Cologne area (hybrid)
