You systematically approach customers based on analyses that are made for you and approach them to ensure that they remain satisfied as customers and also to provide them with even better solutions than they currently have.

The CUP Team consists of two colleagues, where you can be one of them, in addition to having 8 other direct account manager colleagues. You work from the office in Deventer.

What will you do?

As an Inside Sales Account Manager at the CUP Team, you are co-responsible for the retention and expansion of our customer portfolio. You signal, with the help of data, which customers may leave us or where there may be growth potential.

Your focus will be on a group of customers with whom we have less contact for various reasons. You will actively approach them to keep a finger on the pulse. Through data, we can identify where opportunities may exist with our customers.

Responsibilities with existing customers include:

  • Upsell & cross-sell;
  • Churn Prevention & Non-Usage Improvement;
  • Lead follow-up, conducting first conversations at customer requests;
  • Follow-up on new users/customers after 3 months following NPS (Net Promoter Score) inquiry;
  • Loyalty, retention of existing customers.

You perform your work activities via telephone, email, and/or Teams. You work towards the realization of predetermined objectives (targets and KPIs). Every customer contact is logged in Salesforce and you also keep track of your follow-up in it.

Result areas:

  • Ensure that your substantive (product) knowledge is up-to-date and maintains it. This allows you to approach internal and external customers as a knowledgeable expert and enables you to achieve maximum results with minimal effort;
  • Close cooperation with the Sales Coach (and other departments) for the right approach and argumentation;
  • Signal repetitive customer questions, found errors, comments or suggestions to your internal stakeholders - Product and Content, Manager Sales, Manager Customer Service;
  • Identify possible improvements to our packages, improvement points in the working methods and processes, strategic and/or sales-important signals and developments with customers.

Who are you?

You are commercially oriented, communicatively skilled and a pro in the field of (telephone) sales. You like to go the extra mile, because commerce is in your DNA. You only feel satisfied when you know that the prospect/customer is satisfied and you have satisfied them, resulting in the realization of your personal goals and targets.

Furthermore, your CV includes:

  • HBO work and thought level;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Affinity with products and services of Wolters Kluwer is a plus (for example, experience with online- and/or software sales or some basic knowledge of the tax or legal industry).
  • You have experience with retention and/or loyalty activities or you have experience conducting (light) commercial conversations with customers. If you have experience with both, even better!

What do we offer an Inside Sales Representative - CUP Team?

  • A market-conforming salary based on a 36-hour (full-time) workweek;
  • 8% vacation pay + 4% PKB (Personal Choice Budget);
