You systematically approach customers based on analyses that are made for you and approach them to ensure that they remain satisfied as customers and also to provide them with even better solutions than they currently have.
The CUP Team consists of two colleagues, where you can be one of them, in addition to having 8 other direct account manager colleagues. You work from the office in Deventer.
What will you do?
As an Inside Sales Account Manager at the CUP Team, you are co-responsible for the retention and expansion of our customer portfolio. You signal, with the help of data, which customers may leave us or where there may be growth potential.
Your focus will be on a group of customers with whom we have less contact for various reasons. You will actively approach them to keep a finger on the pulse. Through data, we can identify where opportunities may exist with our customers.
Responsibilities with existing customers include:
You perform your work activities via telephone, email, and/or Teams. You work towards the realization of predetermined objectives (targets and KPIs). Every customer contact is logged in Salesforce and you also keep track of your follow-up in it.
