- The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for growing the business and increasing market share in Italy. - The role involves developing and executing sales strategies and tactics to ensure timely closure of deals. - The candidate will have direct responsibility for identifying, contacting, qualifying, and developing new accounts. - Building relationships with key executives at the C-level is a critical aspect of the job. - The role requires answering or arranging responses to RFIs and RFPs within stipulated timescales. - The candidate will work with pre-sales consultants to present in-depth demonstrations of solutions. - Keeping management informed of the status of deals using Salesforce is expected. - Achieving agreed goals and generating and closing deals are key responsibilities of this position.

- The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience. - A minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development and Sales is required. - The candidate should possess a deep understanding of business, financials, products/services, and the market. - Excellent command of Italian and good knowledge of English is essential for this role. - A proven track record in selling complex software solutions to the banking sector is necessary. - The candidate should have strong customer focus and excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. - The ability to negotiate and close deals is crucial for success in this position. - The candidate should thrive in a creative and international environment where initiative and perseverance are valued.
