- The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for growing the business and increasing market share in Italy.

- The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development and Sales is required.
- The candidate should possess a deep understanding of business, financials, products/services, and the market.
- Excellent command of Italian and good knowledge of English is essential for this role.
- A proven track record in selling complex software solutions to the banking sector is necessary.
- The candidate should have strong customer focus and excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
