✨ About The Role

- Join the growing Japan team and report directly to the Japan General Manager - Build and execute a territory plan targeting mid-market customers across Japan - Focus on new business sales, selling directly and through channel partners - Act as a strategic advisor to C-Level executives in accounts, helping them maximize automation and integration - Partner with local SDR, partner sales, and marketing teams

⚡ Requirements

- At least 5-8 years of Enterprise Software Sales experience with a focus on technology, ideally with a SaaS or PaaS vendor - Ability to effectively communicate with senior executives in mid-size businesses up to C-level - Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with an entrepreneurial and proactive mindset - Excellent collaboration skills and ability to adapt to a dynamic environment - Fluency in English and Japanese to communicate with multi-lingual stakeholders internally and externally
