- The Partner Sales Lead will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with Global System Integrators (GSI) and Large Regional System Integrators.
- This role involves driving revenue growth through GSI partner channels by aligning Workato with the GSIs' core solutions.
- The candidate will need to identify, recruit, and onboard new GSI partners while developing and executing joint business plans.
- Collaboration with the sales team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies with GSI partners is a key responsibility.
- The role requires providing training and enablement to GSI partners on Workato’s products and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

- The ideal candidate has a minimum of 8 years of experience in partner sales, business development, or enterprise sales within the SaaS industry.
- Proven track record in developing and managing strategic partnerships that drive significant revenue growth is essential.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills with a consultative sales approach are necessary for success in this role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required to build rapport and trust with partners.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required, with an MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
