- Responsible for building and nurturing relationships with regional and local Systems Integrators across Asia, focusing on the ASEAN market - Collaborate with global teams to define and communicate Workato's value propositions to partners - Lead the execution of the regional SI partner strategy both internally and externally - Work closely with the VP Sales for Asia and global Strategic Partnerships and Alliances team to drive partner sales plays and strategies

- Experienced sales professional with a track record of forming successful partnerships with systems integrators - Skilled in crafting offerings and sales plays, driving strategic business plans, and aligning partners to the right accounts - Strong relationship management skills with the ability to co-create win-win partner development strategies - Comfortable working in a remote environment while valuing long-term relationship building and face time with partners
